Frontline Capital Advisors Ltd is now seeking to hire profile Investment Banking and Marketing Executives to join its expanding team:- Investment Banking Executives

The successful candidate will source and lead execution of mergers and acquisitions advisory deals, financings, restructurings, capital market raises and other financial products/services. More specifically the Investment Banking Executive will;

•   Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading and transaction comparables
•   Participate in the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions
•   Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of capital structures and M&A transactions
•   Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance
•   Participate in all stages of transaction execution, from pitch phase through closings
•   Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the firm

Knowledge and Experience

•   Be a team player and have sold work ethics
•   Have strong quantitative and analytical skills
•   Demonstrate superior attention to detail
•   Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•   Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and any other related discipline
•   An MBA Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage

The successful candidates will be dedicated to developing the marketing, sales and client service functions for the firm, initially focusing on individual and institutional funds offering.

More specifically the investment marketing executives will;

•   Develop, implement and manage a coordinated marketing strategy for individual and institutional businesses
•   Establish relationships with new and existing clients
•   Manage all communication materials including websites, brochures, adverts as well as manage relationships with third party service providers

Knowledge and Experience

The successful candidate should have 2 to 3 years of Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience with a financial services company

•   A natural collaborator and team player who can work effectively across organizational and functional boundaries
•   Excellent communication skills, both oral & written as well as advanced levels of work & powerpoint a prerequisite
•   Familiarity with and knowledge of Regulatory frameworks and processes, legal and financial product documentation as well as an overview of the investment process and associated concepts/terminology desirable.

•   A University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing and any other related field
•   A Masters or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage
