Job Description

Job Title: Credit Officer

Requirements

1. Marketing of the company’s products (especially loans).
2. Prospecting for customers (loans).
3. Taking Loan applications and managing all pending loan applications
4. Customer visitation and assessment of their businesses.
5. Ensures effective documentation of all credit records
6. Presentation of client’s business at credit committees for decision to be taken and onward disbursement or otherwise.
7. Oversee the disbursement of approved loans
8. Ensure that recoveries are done on a timely basis with regular reports on weekly basis
9. Monitoring of outstanding loan till they are fully paid.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor
