Job Description

Responsibility:

Exercise administrative control over the infrastructural and sports facilities of the Burma Camp Sports Complex and Sports Stadia
Be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Burma Camp Sports Complex and Sports Stadia
Implement management decisions
Required Skills or Experience

General Qualification:

Must be a Ghanaian by birth
Must hold a first degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Hospitality Management
Must be of good character
Must be medically fit by Ghana Armed Forces standards
Must not be more than 45 years by 1st January 2011
Must have at least 4 years working experience
Functional Competencies:
Must have experience in Sports Complex/Stadium Administration
Must be Computer Literate (good in office software application)
Must have good man-management and communication skills
Must have good organizational ability
Should be knowledeable in Accounting and be able to prepare a budget for a medium-sized institution
Must have an excellent problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills
