1. Procurement Officer

Duties:

Preparation of Tender Documents
The Receipt and response to requests for goods and services from the various departments
Assist in inventory management
Development of procurement plan

Required Skills or Experience

The applicant must be a holder of:

Degree in Administration or Social Science from recognised university or HND in Purchasing and Supply
A minimum of one (1) year’s relevant work experience for first Degree holder and two (2) years for HND
Basic Business Principles
Procurement law, regulations and procedures
Purchasing methods and procedures in an assigned field
Present detailed reports of findings and recommendations

2. Assistant Store Keeper

3. Auditing Assistant:

Duties:
Reporting to the Internal Auditor the applicant must;

Have an idea and conduct risk-based audits
Ensure that all audit work is of the requisite high quality
Deliver audit assignments allocated within budget and deadlines agreed with clients, Internal Auditor and Director of Internal Audit
Submit time draft audit reports to the Internal Auditor or the Director of Internal Audit

Required Skills or Experience

The applicant must be a holder of:

Bachelor of Science (Accounting Option)
Bachelor of Commerce
BBA (Accounting Option)
At least Part 2 student of any recognised professional Accounting Body (ICA, ACCA, IIA, etc)
