The role will report to the Group CEO and Board of Directors in spearheading delivery of high-quality corporate legal services, provide leadership to the diverse team of dedicated legal and client services staff, and increase the Division’s overall contributions to the growth of the business.

The right candidate will be a Bar-qualified lawyer with graduate qualifications from a reputable University. Must have 10 years working experience in Ghana and internationally and the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of investors, statutory bodies and corporate clients. Client service responsibilities will require the Director to demonstrate a superior understanding of local and international corporate law practice, engage easily with clients, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business and legal problems. The person must be a team worker with an acute eye for detail and a quick mind. The Director, Legal Services must be able to work around the clock to deliver results and will be consistently called upon by the role to set a good leadership example to staff on the job.
