The Local Governance and Decentralisation Programme (LOGODEP) is a thre year USAID-funded programme with a mandate to cover all 17 Metropolitain, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in Ghana’s Western Region. Our work is underpinned by USAID/Ghana’s Strategic Objective 5, “Strengthened Democratic and Decentralized Governance through Civil Involvement.” LOGODEP is being implemented by MSI, an international development consultancy company based in Washington, DC, in close collaboration with SNV, a Dutch development organisation with strong presence and experience in Ghana.

The Monitoring and Evaluation specialist will help develop and maintain the performance tracking systems and lead the collection of data on the progress indicators
