Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment to the above position at Ghana Technology University College (formerly Ghana Telecom University College):

Job Title 1: Administrative Assistant

  • Provides office and secretarial support to the Assistant Registrar.

Campuses: Ho/Takoradi

Required Skills or Experience

  • Must have a minimum of Diploma or HND Degree or equivalent Professional certification with practical knowledge and skills in job functions; expertise in related ICT.

Job Title 2: IT Officer

Responsible for providing Network Service, Server/System administrator, Technology support to staff and Student at the Campus of the University.

Campuses: Ho, Takoradi & Koforidua

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of first degree in related area with knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in job functions.

Job Title 3: Assistant Registrar

Coordinates the planning and implementation of the entire registry functions of the Campus including General Administration, Admissions, Student Exams & Records, Course Scheduling & Assignment, Student Affairs and related duties.


Campuses: Ho & Takoradi

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of Master’s Degree with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in a tertiary educational institution.
  • Must have spent at least three (3) years in management or in a senior membership position.

Job Title 4: Marketing & Public Relations Officer

Reporting to the Head of University Relations, the Marketing & Public Relations Officer will assist in the planning, development and implementation of integrated marketing and media relations campaigns as well as liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including students, colleagues, agencies, suppliers and partner organizations.

Campuses: Ho & Takoradi

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of Bachelor Degree with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience; written and verbal communications skills; knowledge and expertise in job functions; expertise in related ICT; and the ability to present effectively to large and small groups.
