Job Title 1: Pan Ghana:- Payment Gateway System Administrators Ref: PGSAD

Remuneration: Remuneration is competitive and as obtainable in Ghana Telecommunications industry

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum Of Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline
•   A Postgraduate degree or professional certificate in Telecommunication or Engineering Field will be ad added advantage
•   Industry certificate is also desirable
•   Minimum of 3 years working experience in database environment, preferably in the Telecommunication industry

Skills/Competencies Required

•   Good understanding of Database schema
•   Good understanding of Payment System
•   Knowledge on Unix
•   Ability to write SQL scripts / Queries / Programs, Filters and to create spreadsheets

Responsibilities

•   System Administration of Application servers, DB servers and Web Servers
•   Monitoring of Configuration Parameters
•   End-user report comprehension support
•   Provide report – Daily and ad-hoc.
•   End – user support on E-payment solutions
•   Proper documentation of database and E-payment system changes
•   Optimization of existing task in the payment gateway.

•   Administration and maintenance of Genesys Framework suite and SIP Server
•   Configuration fo computer systems and ACDs according to business requirements
•   Maintenance availability and proper functioning of Genesys Outbound Contact center application suite with proper integration of Siebel CRM CTI toolbar
•   Media Gateway and Media Gateway controller administration and maintenance
•   Participate in Systems Implementation and support including configuration, UAT, Documentation and Business User Support
•   Execute training related to new functionality and system capabilities on all Genesys and related applications
•   Assist user departments in daily reporting from Hyperion and CCPulse applications, and ensure that users have appropriate templete for report generation
