Required Skills or Experience

Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
Minimum of eight (8) years experience in Caterpillar Heavy Mining Equipment maintenance
Leadership in managing the HME maintenance function of a medium to a large company
Experienced in safe lifting practices
Project management skills
Lean 6 Sigma experience
Hand-on experience in Caterpillar Information Systems (CIS) and Electronic Technician (ET)
SAP Proficiency
Analytical thinking
Business acumen
