Required Skills or Experience

 The candidate must be capable of:

• Running the operations of the hotel in the absence of other operational managers
• Spotting and preventing potential problems and dealing with issues as per procedure and reporting them accordingly
• Driving, maintaining, monitoring and exceeding guest satisfaction
• University Degree or its equivalent in hospitality or a related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in 3/4 Star Hotel
