CA Global Africa Recruitment is currently looking for a Group HR Manager (Ghana), for an International Bank in Africa. The role will be based in Accra
Key purpose of the role:
Responsible for translating the business strategy into prioritised HR actions and interventions to appropriate time, cost and quality standards that support delivery of the strategy.
Lead business leadership teams, through the interpretation and execution of the Group’s people agenda. Design Group policy and systems for Performance Management & Reward. Will support implementation through technical expertise
The Candidates responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
– At least 10 years experience in HR with 5 year in Performance mngt/compensations & benefits.
– Expert knowledge in Performance management as reward system.
– Ideally experience in Banking industry, Oil or multinational.
– Looking for a Southern/Eastern African ready to be located in West Africa.
– French is an advantage
Preference is for a SA citizen willing to relocate to Ghana
