Job Description:

The position holder would be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing policies and internal controls to ensure the company consistently meets all financial & accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring efficient management of the company’s Financial Administration
• Supervising the Accounting and Finance departments at the Head Office, Area and Branch Offices to ensure compliance with the company’s investment assets by periodically appraising investment opportunities
• Managing the company’s working capital efficiently
• Overseeing credit control and payroll administration

Required job Skills:

• First degree with MBA as added advantage
• Part/full qualification in ACII with minimum of 5 years experience in similar position with good knowledge of Insurance underwriting
• Analytical, highly numerate and honest, diligent and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
