Job Description

Our Client, a leading Print Firm in Ghana, wishes to employ an Operations Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Coordinate and manage subordinates, facilitate internal departmental communication and allocate resources as needed.

2.Gather and link information, resolve discrepancies and make strategic recommendations.

3.Engage and work with engineering professionals who are charged with producing timely and high quality technical work.

4. Prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously.

5.Conduct continual analysis and evaluation of strategic information.

6.Organize, analyze, interpret and evaluate results and provide practical cost effective solutions.

Required Skills or Experience

At least a first Degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering with five years minimum of cognate experience.

A background with a Print firm would be an added advantage
