1. Job Description

Job Title: Driver

Role Description

•   Responsible for maintaining the official vehicle in good working condition at all times
•   Responsible for the delivering of official documents
•   Responsible for providing support to the marketing department
•   Ensuring that all legal documentations such as Road worthy certificates, insurance, etc are renewed on time
•   Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance as well as safe custody of the vehicle, including regular servicing of the vehicle, correct refueling procedures completing of the vehicle log book
•   Responsible for any reporting to Head of Operations, Area Manager, Branch Manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers
•   Responsible for any other duties as may be required by your relevant managers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Senior High Certificate
•   Valid Driving License B and above
•   Knowledge in basic motor vehicle engineering will be an advantage

2. Job Description

Job Title: Senior Loan Administrator

Role Description

•   Responsible for the capturing of data in accordance with the loan application process
•   Responsible for the verifying and checking of all loan application documents
•   Responsible for the supervision of all Retail loan administrators and / or loan administrators in the branch
•   Responsible for the verifying of employment of clients where applicable, prior to loan disbursement
•   Responsible for maintaining adequate loan quality controls at the application stage
•   Responsible for the execution of the company’s credit policy at the application stage
•   Responsible for handling customer services and any other after sales services which may be applicable
•   Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property
•   Responsible for any reporting to Head of Operations, Area Manager, Branch Manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Higher National Diploma
•   A Bachelors’ Degree is essential (majoring in Sales or Marketing is an advantage)
•   Excellent knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft office and e-mail (Credit Ease experience is an advantage)

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Role Description

•   Responsible for the verifying of data in accordance with the loan application process
•   Responsible for the verifying of documents
•   Responsible for ensuring the Companies Credit policy has been adhered to
•   Responsible for maintaining adequate loan quality controls and all errors detected on loan applications are corrected and reported
•   Responsible for ensuring that after all files have been through the quality control process, they are activated within 24 hours as per policy
•   Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property
•   Responsible for any reporting to Head of Operations, Area Manager, Branch Manager and other staff as may be required by your relevant managers

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Higher National Diploma required
•   Candidates with Senior High Certificate can also apply for this position

4. Job Description

Job Title: Sales Unit Manager

Role Description

•   Responsible for all Sales personnel in his/her team
•   Responsible for driving the sales force of all Sales personnel, recruitment, training and retention thereof and for the success of their team in terms of sales targets that will be set
•   Responsible for the implementation of regular “refresher training” on an ongoing basis to ensure sales personnel are constantly up to date with any changes in policies
•   Responsible for assisting the Area Manager in terms of developing and implementing effective marketing and advertising strategies
•   Responsible for ensuring the quality of applications submitted by the Sales personnel is of an acceptable standard
•   Responsible for the motivation and welfare of the Sales personnel in his / her team
•   Responsible for the correct implementation of the company’s credit policy
•   Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance, good housekeeping as well as safe custody of all company property
