Job Description
Responsible for receipting service request and complaints
Responsible for creating trouble ticket and distribute the ticket to the appropriate recipient
Responsible for following the technical issues handling and complaints handling, and the handling of non-technical issue
Responsible for confirming with customer about all handled requests or complaints, doing satisfacton survey, and ensuring customer issues are closed
Note: Other career opportunities exist for Electrical/Electronic, Telecommunication engineers and those with technical backgrounds in telecoms
Required Skills or Experience
BSc/HND in Engineering or its equivalent, or 2 years technical skills in telecom with Customer relation experience (Customer care, Call Center, Walk-in Center, Helpdesk, Front Office Receptionist)
Have good communication skills. Clearly know the definition of customer requests classification
Familiar with the use of Ticket system for issue handling
Able to follow the problem handle process and state effectively
Have a certain level of statistical and data analysis capabilities. Able to manage customer satisfaction remotely
