Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

The administrative assistant will provide office support to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Qualification and Requirements:

  • knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft office
  • knowledge of operation of standard office equipment i.e printers, photocopiers, etc
  • Multi tasking ability
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer service orientation
