iBurstAfrica, a fast growing independent Wireless Internet Service Provider in Ghana seeks to recruit an energetic and experienced Accounts Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Applies accounting principles and procedures to analyse financial information,
- Assists in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements and Ensure appropriate accounting control procedures are adhered to
- Ensured compliance with accounting/stock taking deadlines.
- Coordinates and plans the warehouse storage and distribution of the products and materials
- Assists the Finance Manager in high level accounting duties such as preparation of annual budget and management pack.
Required Skills or Experience

- HND in Accountancy from a recognised institution. A first Degree will be an advantage
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting procedures and general book-keeping
- Adequate knowledge of accounting software. PASTEL knowledge will be an advantage
- Proficient in relevant computer applications especially MS-Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive and private information in a professional manner
- Highly trustworthy, discreet and ethical.
- Resourceful in the completion of projects, effective at multi-tasking.
- Ensured compliance with accounting/stock taking deadlines.
