Best Western Premier, Accra Airport Hotel, one of the leading four star hotels in Accra, seeks to fill the following position: Internal Auditor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan, organise and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan
- To make recommendations on the systems and procedures being reviewed, report on the findings and recommendations, and monitor management’s response and implementation
- To provide management with an opinion on the internal controls in the hotel
- To work with management to put a system in place which ensures that all major risks of the hotel are identified and analyzed, on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
Required Skills or Experience
- Must be a fully qualified accountant
- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a similar position
- Excellent presentation, spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and leadership abilities
