Job Description
This skilled professional will assist the Finance and Administrative Department in providing general accounting and office support.
Contract monitoring
Purchasing and supply
Processing and compilation of appropriate source documents for financialf reporting
Travel coordination
Facilities management
Workshop budget preparation and management
Data entry
Disbursement of payments
The duty station for position is Accra, Ghana, and the offer will be on a one/two years renewable contract basis, subject to good performance and availability of funds. Remuneration will be based on qualification and experience, commensurate with industry standards
Required Skills or Experience
First degree or equivalent qualification in accounting and/or finance
Good knowledge of contract, purchasing and supply procedures
2+ years relevant work experience
Strong quantitative and writing skills
Demonstrated computer experience, especially in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in written and spoken English
