Front Desk Executive shall be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, all external personnel

Job Description

Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Roles

•   Assist in execution of administrative duties
•   Managing correspondence on behalf of the Management
•   Maintaining records and files
•   Receiving guests/clients
•   Receiving incoming and outgoing calls
•   Arranging appointments
•   Taking messages

•   Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes
•   Smart and professional appearance
•   Good communicator
•   Creative, Friendly and warm

•   Capability to use social media and web related services

Salary: GHS 500-700
