Job Description

Job Title: Advertising, Promotions & Marketing Manager

• Prepare & plan advertising and promotional activities and material and its budgets; submit estimates for campaign costs;
• Plan and implement public events (concerts, quizzes, parades etc.)
• Confer with management regarding contracts, selection of advertising media or products to be advertised and work closely with commercial department, the management and advertising agencies;
• Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns; excellent presentation skills;
• Prepare and negotiate advertising contracts; including sales of indoor and outdoor promotional space;
• Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes and other promotional materials for adherence to specifications;
• Work with multiple media formats to disseminate the advertising;
• Monitor and analyze sales promotions results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns; including good excel skills to analyse database reports;
• Train, direct, recruit people/promoters engaged in developing and producing advertisements.
