Job Description

Assist children with homework and school work daily.
Mentor and Inspire
Plan and prepare lesson notes appropriate to what they are learning in school.
Monitor and coordinate the attendance, progress, development of children in school and BASICS.
Social Work ( Field Work to visit homes of beneficiaries) .
Assist in the community outreach leading to the recruitment of new children to BASICS.
Conduct case study on children within your group.
Assist management in creating and facilitating outlines for extra curriculum activities that increases attendance and participation in school.

Required Skills or Experience

Possession of a University Degree
Computer skills (Proficient in Word and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of strong organizational skills
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
