KASAPREKO COMPANY LIMITED (KCL) is one of the leading and successful alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverage producers in Ghana. The company, which was first set up in the garage of the owner and businessman Dr. Kwabena Adjei in 1989 at Nungua has now grown into a multinational company with state-of-the-art automated factory located off the Spintex road.

KCL currently employs a total of 573 regular and contract workers. It is currently undertaking an expansion project which will increase its production capacity by almost three times to meet the growing market demand from other African countries and beyond

Job Description

Job Title: Brand Activation Officer


  1. The Brand Activation Officer cooperates closely with Brands Manager and Marketing Manager in order to develop and implement a successful marketing strategy.
  2. The Brand Activation Officer should have knowledge on how to drive product adoption combined with communication skills to shaping how new and existing business grow.
  3. S/he should have relationship building skills to provide research and market analysis to understanding how our range of product offerings can grow our business.


  1. The primary role of the Brand Activation Officer is to assist the Brands Manager and Marketing Manager by planning marketing efforts, creating content and experiences that can be used to generate interest from potential clients and help retain existing clients.
  2. Manage Product communication with the help of Brands Manager and the Marketing Manager across the organization including creating excitement around new product/feature launches.
  3. Drive transformational brand solution sales through leveraging and developing relevant content and competition.
  4. Report to Brands Manager and Marketing Manager on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.
  5. Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to increase in sales.


HND in Business Administration (Marketing)

2 yrs relevant experience in Brand/Category management, Activations or equivalent in a consumer goods company.
