Job Description

Keegan Resources (Ghana) Limited is seeking applications for a Senior Site Manager with mine site management experience for the Esaase Gold Project.
Reporting to the Development and Exploration Managers and together with other Keegan project leaders, the incumbent will be responsible for managing logistics and administration of the Esaase site during engineering, development and permitting, as well as concurrent exploration programs

Required Skills or Experience

Must be a holder of a Tertiary Education Degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering or related disciplines
Should have at least 15 years of experience in an advanced exploration, mine development, or mine site setting, including significant experience of field management of large open pit gold projects
Had demonstrated effective abilities of leadership and communication in multicultural and multidisciplinary project settings
