Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of sales targets
- Detailing and selling of products to Specialists in the Private and Public Sector
- Sales Tracking
- Individual customer potential analysis and developmental plans
- Customer relationship management
- Key opinion leader identification and development
- Presentations to academic groups
- Organization of CME’s and round-table discussions
- Continuous update of knowledge in Cardiology and Pain Management
Reporting: This position reports to the Country Manager, Ghana
Required Skills or Experience
- A B.Pharm degree and the candidate must be registered with a relevant regulatory body
Competencies:
- Candidates should be competent in the application of a recognised selling skills process
- Have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to use a territory management system effectively
- Self-motivated with a demonstration of initiative
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Computer Literacy in MS Office
