1. Guards

Guards (Greater Accra 248, Western Region 141, Ashanti Region 144 Positions)

Required Skills or Experience

Must be a Ghanaian National by Birth
Age Limit: 22 to 45 years
Minimum qualification: MSLC/WASSCE/SSSCE/GCE ‘O’ Level
Height: 5ft 5in and above
Proven ability to Read/Write in English and to communicate in at least one Ghanaian Dialect
Candidates of all the position must be certified fit by a medical officer

2. Commanders

Guards (Greater Accra 5, Western Region 2, Ashanti Region 2 Positions)

Required Skills or Experience

An Ex-Force Officer without a criminal record
A Degree or Diploma or HND Holder
5-10 years work Experience in a security related field
Very good Interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Ability to make effective decisions and follow ups
Computer literacy skills would be an added advantage
High integrity and confidentiality
Self disciplined and self motivated
Courteous, fair and firm
Candidates of all the position must be certified fit by a medical officer

3. Shift Supervisors

Guards (Greater Accra 10, Western Region 7, Ashanti Region 7 Positions)

Required Skills or Experience

GCE O/A leveL, SSSCE Holder
5 years work experience in a security related field
Very good interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
Ability to make effective decisions and follow ups
Computer literacy skills would be an added advantage
High integrity and confidentiality
Self disciplined and self motivated
Courteous, fair and firm
Candidate of the position must be certified fit by a medical officer
