Kwaebibirem Rural Bank Ltd in the Eastern Region is looking for qualified persons for the position of: Administrative Officer.
This is a Senior Management Position that seeks the general operational aspect of the Human Resources and Administrative functions with the view of providing the administrative assistance required and ensuring that appropriate skilled people are available to undertake the roles necessary to meet current and future needs of the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise the general Office Administration Functions
- To provide comprehensive human resource services for the Bank, performance management, succession plan development and training, disciplinary advice, grievance resolution and compensation management
- To establish and monitor agreed controls and procedures relating to approval, processing and payment of staff related expenses
- To advise management team on issues relating to industrial relations, collective bargaining and employee relations
- Co-ordinate the administration of all re-imbursement claims with regards to welfare entitlements of employees such as medicals, funeral assistance and transport claims
Required Skills or Experience
- First Degree in Administration/Management or Human Resources or Social Sciences or Secretaryship from a recognised university
- Knowledge in Labour Law and Related Industrial Issues shall be an added advantage
- The person should have worked for not less than five (5) years in a related field
- Age limit: not below 40 years

Job Title 2: Head Internal Auditor
Kwaebibirem Rural Bank Ltd in the Eastern Region is looking for qualified persons for the position of: Administrative Officer.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- To carry out internal control programmes
- To conduct investigations into all matters as may be directed by the Board of Directors and or the General Manager
- To make recommendations for improvements in internal control procedures and programmes
- To verify that the Bank’s prime operational and accounting controls are in place and working properly
- To monitor control findings and follow-up on remedial actions
- To investigate frauds and irregularities and make recommendations to prevent recurrence
- To conduct inspection at the Bank’s Agencies
Required Skills or Experience
- At least a degree holder from a recognisd University or qualification in the following Professional courses of study – ICA, ACCA, CIB or its equivalent
- The person must have worked as an Internal Auditor in a rural bank or in a similar environment for not less than ten years
- Must be computer literate. Knowledge in T24 software shall be an added advantage
- Must be able to work under pressure and shall report to the Board of Directors
- Age Limit: Not less than 35 years
