Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. To implement the Bank’s credit policies
2. To develop strategies and action plans for effective credit delivery and business expansion to achieve the targets set out in the corporate plan
3. To offer financial solutions to maintain existing borrower and attract potential borrowers as well
4. To ensure that credits are properly appraised and structured, with appropriate covenants and conditions
5. To effectively monitor credit facilities and ensure their satisfactory performance
6. To ensure returns to Central Bank and other statutory bodies are prepared and submitted in a timely manner
7. To identify areas of business opportunities for the bank
8. To manage business and high net-worth accounts across the branch network
9. To build the brand image of the bank and develop products and services to meet customer needs
10. Submissions of MIS on sales targets
11. To perform any other jobs assigned by the General Manager 

Required Skills or Experience

The Ideal Candidate Must Possess:

• A first degree or ACIB or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 10 years banking experience with rich experience in credits or in a similar position
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be computer literate
• Age Limit: Not less than 55 years
