Our client is a 60-bed capacity fast growing hospital whose main clients are the communities in and around Haatso, Kwabenya, Dome, Ashongman and Berekusu. Part of the hospital’s expansion drive requires it to immediately employ the Services of hardworking, proactive, goal-getting, and independent-minded Professionals to fill the position.

1. Nurse s/Midwives

Required Skills or Experience

Must be in good standing with the Nurses and Midwives Council and must have at least three years working experience

2. Medical Officer

Required Skills or Experience

Must be in good standing with the Medical and Dental Council and must have at least three years experience

3. HR Manager

Crucial requirements for this position are;

Develop HR strategies and conditions of service
Recruitment, talent and performance management
Employment and industrial relations
Employee benefits/salary
Maintain staff records
Promote staff learning and development
Promote good management and administrative practice

Required Skills or Experience

Degree or Professional qualification in Human Resource from a recognized institution
2-5 years relevant working experience is a plus but not a must
Must be a fast learner and willing to work long hours
Must be assertive, work with minimal supervision and a nice person with warm disposition
