The Legal Resources Centre (LRC) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to ensuring Human Rights, Human Dignity for all through the building of Human Rights Cities and conducting research, advocacy and advisory services. The LRC is currently implementing its 2010-2012 Strategic Plan (SP). The LRC under its new SP intends to develop sustained efforts at ensuring respect for fundamental human rights and freedoms in Ghana.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Review a draft LRC gender policy and make recommendations for its improvements
• Conduct training on gender mainstreaming of various projects at the LRC
• Develop a project on gender that fits into the two main programmes of the LRC
• Remuneration; Negotiable

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Gender or Development Studies or related field with three (3) years experience or Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or related field with a minimum of Six (6) years of relevant work experience
