Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

The School is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Officer to provide HR support within the HR Department. The post holder will be responsible for carrying various administrative tasks within the department.

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources Management
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a HR Department
• Experience of using Databases
• Experience of issuing employee contracts
• Knowledge and application of Ghanaian Labor Law.
• Ability to record information accurately
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment
