Linksoft Communications: Business Development Manager

A leading telecoms group that aims to deliver high quality telecom infrastructure design, development and maintenance support services and solutions through applying expertise, specialist knowledge, and original thinking to the challenges of our customers is keen to enhance its leadership talent.

This role reports to the Head of Strategy, CEO and will be based in the head office Accra. The responsibilities of the holder of this position will include:

Creating New Business Opportunities
Customer Relationship Management
Market Intelligence
Vendor Management
Contract Bidding
Remuneration: The position comes with attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, accomplishment and expected performance and results.

Required Skills or Experience

The candidate should have the following attributes:

A Degree in marketing/communication
The ability to continuously scan the market in order to identify potential opportunities
The ability to negotiate and secure suitable contracts
The ability to prepare bid documents and submissions
Strong management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
3-5 years experience in a related field
