Our Company is a major distributor of chemicals in Ghana with office based in Tema. We are looking for a highly skilled / motivated person to fill the position of Senior Sales Executive.
To build Manuchar Ghana’s business by identifying opportunities and selling chemical products.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospect and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Gain and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
• Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• Attend team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A first degree in Marketing or related course. A Commercial, Economic and business mindset, minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a related field. Knowledge on chemicals will be an added advantage.
