Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing, sales, PR, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
While this position is supervisory and managerial, and will involve a substantial amount of planning, coordination and overseeing; from time to time the Marketing Manager will perform technical duties like Graphic Design and Data collection and Analysis.
Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for formulating and directing the company’s marketing strategy by working closely with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and strategy for delivery;
- Market segmentation and establishment of a clear and coherent brand proposition;
- In charge of all advertising across all media including TV, radio, newspapers, web marketing, brochures, as well as public relations and generally how and where the company is marketed;
- Provide leadership to both internal marketing resources and external agencies in order to achieve an effective communication strategy;
- Participate in pricing of company services/products;
- To manage the Marketing department budget and ensure delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget;
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
- Specifying market requirements for current and future services by conducting market research supported by on-going communication with practice and non practice members;
- Analyzing potential partner relationships company services
- Monitor returns on investment across all business units and contribute to the overall strategy, performance and profitability of the company;
Required Skills or Experience
- The ideal candidate will have an MBA degree – Marketing Major, a Professional Postgraduate Qualification like a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma or equivalent, and an undergraduate degree in business administration or the arts
- Proficiency in a wide range of computer software including Graphic design software would be desirable
Experience:
- At least four years hands on experience in a busy Marketing Department
- Proven track record in a senior marketing role
