Job Description

Job Title: Facebook Coordinator

Required Skills or Experience

1. Degree in communications, or strong hands on experience in Facebook CoordinationAbility to produce content for the Facebook page, the main driver of online communications
2. Knack to develop daily scripted material for the Facebook page
3. Aptitude to serve as a “traffic director,” maintaining a calendar of events, and co-coordinating with the rest of the team to maximize participation.
4. Capacity to build and develop the follower/fan base in order to maximize participation.
5. Skills to monitor participation indicators such as comments and likes for M& purposes.
6. High social and emotional intelligence; maturity
