Job Description

The successful candidate will carry out the responsibility of the Accounts Manager in the absence of the substantive Manager
Supervise capturing and posting into the General Ledger
Prepare weekly cash postion and forecast report
Maintain a Fixed Asset Register
Supervise the submission of monthly statutory returns
Supervise the submission of monthly payroll preparation
Supervise the preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts
Preparation of Annual Budget
Any other duties that may be assigned

Required Skills or Experience

Bsc. Admin (Accounting option) or Bachelor of Commerce (B’Com)
ACCA or CA (GH) Part II
Must have at least four (4) years post national service experience in a reputable organization or an Accounting firm
Working knowledge in the use of Accounting Package – (Knowledge in Accpac will be an advantage)
Should not be more than 40 years old
