Required Skills or Experience

• A good first degree plus a researched post-graduate qualification, M.Phil/Ph.D or equivalent in the respective field of interest with considerable teaching, research and practical experience
• In the case of M.Phil holders, their area of specialization at the first degree should be the same as that at the M.Phil level
• The level of appointment will depend on length of teaching/research/practical experience and record of research publications
