Description: Responsible for acting as business partner to the country’s CEO. In charge of delivering HR operational excellence: HR frameworks, policies and processes to support the achievement of TIGO goals in the country of operations. Responsible for establishing TIGO as an Employer of Choice in the local market.

Requirements: Master’s degree in HR management or similar. 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist/Manager in an international environment.
