Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Executing focal review compensation programs: such as merit, equity/promotion and annual incentive compensation plan (AICP) and/or other local bonus programs
- Monitoring compensation market trends, analyzing salary survey results and recommend overall salary increases
- Participating in the research, development and administration of assigned compensation programs and monitor the success of these programs
- Conducting and completing salary market surveys; continually reviews and adjusts survey matches
- Performing job evaluations using the point factor system (Hay methodology)
- Maintaining and controlling job description and job evaluation records assigning global job codes to newly created and analyzed positions
- Creating ad-hoc reports from the HRIS database as necessary
- Assisting compensation management in creating/preparing presentations, and rolling out new or revised compensation plans
Required Skills or Experience
- Applicants’ must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or Statistics with a minimum of 7 years HR experience, with at least 5 years directly related to compensation
- Applicants must also possess CP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation and/or membership or relevant professional association
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as profitability and statistical inferences, math fundamental and Prior experience using HAY job evaluation methodology is preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software and the ability to communicate effectively is required
- Candidates must have mining experience
2. Geotechnical Engineer

- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring ongoing stability of existing pit Walls, through various monitoring techniques, including visual inspections, EDM prism analysis and other specialty monitoring.
- Will also be responsible for analyzing both ongoing pit wall conditions and ensuring future pit design parameters are appropriate to the expected rockmass.
- Analyzing data collected, structural logging of diamond core and the daily management of field techniques.
Required Skills or Experience
- BSc Geological Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a mining environment
- Knowledge in Surpac and other software’s would be advantageous
- Candidates must have mining experience
