Job Profile
IMPAQ International is seeking Monitoring and Evaluation Consultants for an anticipated USAID-funded Education Evaluation Program in Ghana. The primary objective will be to build, improve and strengthen monitoring and evaluation capacity at various levels within the Government of Ghana and local institutions; support USAID/Ghana Performance Management Plan functions; and promote evidence-based decision-making in the education sector.

IMPAQ is recruiting for consultants with expertise and experience in the following areas:
 Monitoring and Evaluation
 Research Design and Analysis
 Capacity Development in Research and Evaluation Methods, and
 Policy Dialogue Design and Facilitation.

Preferred Candidates
 Higher Degree
 Experience in West Africa/Ghana preferred
