This role will support the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food and Beverage in implementing and supervising the operational standards and establishing the Hotel’s internal rules and regulations.
Required Skills or Experience
The ideal candidate will have a Degree from a recognized Hospitality University or similar institution with a minimum of two years experience in the same position in a four or five star Hotel with a high standard of computer skills and a good working knowledge of Opera. International experience is an added advantage
