The candidate will be responsible for the entire banquet operation, setting up and maintaining standards according to the Hotel’s guidelines, and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the restaurant as well as staff training.
Required Skills or Experience
A minimum qualification of HND from a recognised Hospitality University with at least 2 years experience in same or similar position in a four or five star hotel with outside catering is required. International experience is an added advantage
