NBC Ghana Trust is an affiliate of NBC South Africa, provides a wide range of products and services including Employee Benefits Advisory Services, Actuarial Services and Fund Administration services to over 120 registered pension and provident fund schemes, representing the retirement fund savings of more than 350,000 contributors.

The NBC Ghana Trust provides every contributor with a user name and a password with which one could check his or her accounts online.This enables contributors to be close to their retirement fund and can monitor its growth as much as possible.

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Fund Administrator

Responsibilities

Responsible for the member records, benefits, claims and data management system.

Duties:

• Maintain accurate and complete  membership data
• Process all claims and other exits
• Prepare and present Fund Administration reports for Trustees regularly
• Prepare and compile Fund Financial reconciliations and working papers periodically
• Provide support for customer enquiries
• Adhere to Fund Administration Service Processes and Procedures

Required Skills or Experience

• Experience in customer service skills will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Pensions and retirement schemes is an advantage
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and Database administration will be required.
• Capability in supervision of staff and teams is required.
