Job Title: Centre Business Head
Location: Respective Water Health Centres (WHC) at Ashanti And Western Region

The prime responsibility of a CBH is to monitor, control and drive profitability of only one [1] WHC in terms of Sales, Customer Service, Quality and Operations. Only Candidates from water industry are preferred. | |||||

4 | Resolving minor technical issues and ensuring plant downtime is minimal. | Full | |||

6 | Managing the Business Associate life cycle i.e. recruitment, training, engagement, performance management and ext. | Shared | |||
7 | Maintaining good relations with the Community and also resolving major issues with the local bodies. | Shared | |||
8 | Retaining and improving the customer base of the WHC including maintaining of the customer records. | Shared | |||
9 | Ensuring customer registrations are done through the defined process. | Shared | |||
10 | Recruiting and training the DSPs [Delivery Service Providers] in the allotted geography. | Shared | |||

15 | Maintain accurate and proper records of the money/funds spent on various items (if any) at all points of time. | Full | |||
