Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Superintendent and will develop project technical and non-technical document control filing system
Develop and maintain document numbering and filing system to suit the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for Engineering documents and any other project documents
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external consultants, contractors and vendors relating to engineering deliverables request and other project documentation request
Distribute engineering deliverables and other project documents in accordance with the distribution matrix
Maintain and update hard copies and electronic document filing system, document registers and monitor file movements

Required Skills or Experience

A minimum of Senior Secondary School graduate
At least 5 years experience as a project engineering document controller
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Good computer skills and an adapt user of Microsoft Office Suite
Effective interpersonal skill and the ability to work with a minimum supervision
