Job Description

The successful candidate will report to the Regional IT Solutions Manager and will be responsible for the execution and enabling of assigned operational business unit(s)’ strategy by serving as the overall Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process re-engineering, business case development, and business requirements gathering on regional efforts

Participate in the overall business process strategies, industy research, analysis, requirements, and business case development for regional operational business units
Evaluate and recommend improvements to company processes, including but not limited to: business case, single and multivariate business process re-engineering and detailed requirements
Analyze and document all business case for identified strategic opportunities
Conduct analysis to identify opportunities to optimize and increase Return On Investment (ROI) for related initiatives
Provide analysis regarding value realization plans related to return on investment for business solutions

Required Skills or Experience

A degree in Engineering, Geology, Computer Science, or related technical field with 5 years’ experience of business or operations process analysis, design and business case development preferably in mining
Knowledge and experience in systems implementations, organizational change management, performance measurement, knowledge management and best practices benchmarking
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Projects, and ERP applications
Must exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication, organizational and deductive reasoning skills
