1. IT Officer

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised tertiary institution in Computer Science or relevant subject area
  • Must have a relevant advanced professional level qualification or industry skill-based certification(s)
  • A minimum of one (1) year post qualification relevant work experience

2. Stenographer Grade II
  • A certificate from NACVET, NVTI, Government Secretarial School and WASSCE in Secretaryship or any accredited institution
  • Must have completed six (6) months’ industrial attachment in a reputable organisation

  • Knowledge in Business Communication systems
  • Human and Public Relations skills
  • Computer skills in relevant software
  • Organistional and Office Management skills

3. Principal Human Resource Officer
  • A minimum of a master’s degree from a recognised Tertiary institution in Social Sciences or relevant field
  • A minimum of six (6) years post qualification relevant work experience, 3 years of which must be in a senior management position in reputable Institution

  • Computer proficiency skills

4. Principal Internal Audit Technician
  • HND sample transactions in audit verification assignments and submits findings to supervisor
  • Records proceedings of entry and exit conferences
  • Collects and analyses data and statistics
  • Prepares audit working papers for review by supervisor

  • Knowledge of project and programme management
  • Good knowledge of financial, procurement and auditing regulations
  • Good computer proficiency, particularly relevant data analysis software

5. Senior Internal Auditor
  • Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent from a tertiary institution
  • A post-graduate qualification in auditing or accounting or related field of specialisation
  • A minimum of 1 year post qualification relevant work experience
  • A member of a professionally recognised institute e.g. CIA, ICA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA
  • Be computer literate

  • Must have completed one year National Service
  • Must pass a competitive selection interview conducted by the N & MC in collaboration with the Public Services Commission

7. Assistant Administrative Officer (Records Management
  • A minimum of a first degree from a recognised tertiary institution in Social Sciences or relevant field
