Olam Ghana Limited is looking to recruit Van Salesmen and Salesgirls for Takoradi, Tarkwa, Assin Fosu, Cape Coast, Techiman and Sunyani.

Job Purpose:
Serves customers by selling Olam’s Biscuits; Meets Company Targets; Develops Retail

Duties:

• Goes on a pre-decided van route plan to sell Olam’s biscuits range and achieves the target given to him/her
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly route updates
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and reporting the same; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

Required Skills or Experience

• Secondary School Pass (SHS/SSSCE)
• Integrity, Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Customer Relationships, Motivation for Sales, Retail Availability and Visibility
