OTR Tyres (Ghana) Ltd is part of the global Kaltire group providing tyre solutions for the mining industry in the following areas: Tyre Management Services, Tyre Fitting Services, Technical Consultancy, Re-tread Manufacturing, Mining Tyre Repair. In Ghana, we are the leading earthmover tyre management and service supplier employing over 100 staff across 8 locations.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Administrator to join the company’s service team working in Damang.
The successful candidate will facilitate all documentation and records of all Damang team on a timely basis and provide quality and efficient service to maximize the profitability of the Site Operation
He/she will maintain and look to continually improve the quality of service of the company by providing administrative support to the site as required
OTR are able to offer the successful candidate a competitive remuneration package structured around knowledge, experience and skills.
Required Skills or Experience
The ideal candidate must have:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
At least 3 years experience of working in an office environment
Good written and spoken English
At least an HND in a relevant subject
Excellent Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
