Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing payment vouchers, cheques, receipt etc.
• Maintaining daily account balances / account data.
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Keeping daily transaction of debtors and creditors
• Monitoring records of loans and cash advances
• Receiving both cash and cheques from the company debtors and depositing them at the bank
• Any other duties that might be assigned to you by Management from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

• Only Females below the age of 28 years can apply
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
• Must be able to Drive
• Must be a computer literate (MS Office)
